Che has worked in the kitchen for over 16 years. He gravitated to the kitchen while attending Columbus State University where he earned a BA in business. Che has been involved in several start up restaurants during the course of his career. He has been able to combine his knowledge of business and his love of the kitchen into an exciting career path. He has a passion for cooking, over the years has developed, and refined his culinary techniques. He joined the 219-kitchen crew at sous chef in 2017.
